The diurnal and nocturnal

Hello, I find it amazing
When at night everything shuts down
Mechanisms wind down
And come to a complete stop.
I lay down to rest
So does the world
But others are awake at this time
I simply moved by the Sun's rise and set
I wake and rise, I lay down and sleep,
But Sun doesnt really ever set - it always is up
It appears so, as the earth revolves
Who is it that is bound these movements
Who is it that finds a biological response to the Sun?
A relative phenomenon
Is it me? Am I the one that is directed by the light of the Sun
This body is a part of the Sun - it blooms awhile in the morning
And closes at the end of the day.
I see the sleep and wakefulness
With wonder.
Who is the seer of this phenomena?
